Delete Your Brandzy Account
Last updated: 12 October 2026 — Applies to Brandzy (brandzy.app and the Brandzy Android app by Tharun Tech Solutions).
Delete it yourself (immediate)
- Open the Brandzy app, or sign in at brandzy.app/app.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Or ask us by email
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Brandzy account" and your Brandzy username. We confirm the request came from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and password) and your profile photo.
- Your public page and media kit, store, products, courses, orders, email list and broadcasts, automations.
- Your deals, invoices, clients, brand inquiries and notifications.
- Your Auto DM rules and reply records, and any connected Instagram or YouTube account (access tokens and synced stats).
- Your plan and billing history in Brandzy. Auto-renew is stopped, so you are not charged again.
What is kept
- A normalised copy of your email address, kept so the free trial can only be used once per person. It is not used for anything else.
- Payment records held by our payment providers (Razorpay, Cashfree) for as long as the law requires them to keep them.
- Database backups, which are encrypted and replaced within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not refund a payment by itself. If a charge is less than 14 days old and you want a refund, email us before you delete your account (see our Refund & Cancellation policy).
Delete only some data
You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete deals, clients, invoices, products, courses, subscribers and Auto DM rules one by one, and disconnect Instagram or YouTube in Settings. See Data deletion for details.
