Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we sell

Brandzy sells monthly subscriptions (Growth and Pro) to an online software service used in your web browser. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses are involved.

2. How the service is delivered

• Free trial: your 7-day free trial starts the moment you create an account at the Brandzy web app.
• Paid plans: once your payment succeeds, your plan is activated on your account automatically, usually within a few minutes. You access everything by signing in to the Brandzy web app with your email and password.
• Receipts: a payment confirmation is sent to your email address by our payment processor (Razorpay for India, or our international payment partner for creators outside India).

3. Delivery timeline

Access is delivered online and immediately. If your plan does not show as active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will activate it or refund the payment.

4. Service area

Brandzy is available online to creators in India and in other countries where our payment partners operate. Creators in India are billed in INR; creators outside India are billed in USD.

5. Products sold by creators

Creators can list their own products and services (such as digital downloads or coaching) on their public Brandzy page. Delivery of those products is the responsibility of the creator selling them, not Brandzy. Questions about an order from a creator's page should go to that creator.
